We were contracted as Principal Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of Harlands Barns in Haywards Heath. The works involved TLX Gold Insulation and M&E upgrades through out including the installation of solar panels and an Air source heat pump, underfloor heating to the ground floor & MVHR.

Other works included the construction of new walls for a shower room and plant room on the top floor, internal plastering and decorations throughout. New flooring, fixtures and fittings. Velux window installations to roof and roof refurbishment works, including new insulation, chimney extension, joinery repairs and reinstallation of tiles.

Externally the timber boarding was removed from the building and reinstalled later once insulation and joinery works were completed. Stone work was repaired and repointed.
