More About THe Project
We were contracted as Principal Contractor to undertake an external refurbishment to the elevations above the Sussex Hotel in Brighton.
A full scaffold was erected and a survey was carried out to determine the extent of the stonework repairs and for the condition of the Woodwork. The stonework repairs were carried out by our moulding specialist. New bespoke double glazed sash windows were specially made by our Joiner. Rot and scarfing in repairs were carried out prior to any preparation works in readiness for the decorator. A special sealer and filler system needed to be used due to the original paint.
We applied the Proteus liquid system to the roofs of the building and proved a proteus guarantee.
